Our bakery begins with the best ingredients—like King Arthur Flour and our own wild yeast sourdough starter—and each loaf is hand-mixed, slow-fermented, and shaped with care. Whether it's a classic sourdough, a sweet seasonal loaf, or a savory favorite, our breads are made the old-fashioned way: patiently, lovingly, and without shortcuts.
At the café, we carry that same philosophy into everything we serve. From handcrafted sandwiches and comforting soups to fresh, vibrant salads, every dish is made with intention and the highest-quality ingredients. We proudly serve locally roasted coffee, and every cup is brewed to highlight the bold, rich flavors our roasters work hard to perfect.
